On 21 March 2015 Tauranga's 16th Multicultural Festival drew some 5,000 people to the Historic Village. One of the groups performing on stage were the children from the Polish Language School (photo credit for the pictures above: Little Peppe & Friends). They wore new costumes which had been sewn just in time for the festival by Ewa Fenn, Magdalena James and Nikki Polomka.
Just like last year the media were again drawn to the colourful costumes. Sun Media even captured a few moments of the performance on video.
The Polish cake stall was arguably the best decorated food stall on the Village Green. It was also a huge success in financial terms, exceeding last year's sales. All proceeds go to the Polish Language School.
